What we collect

If you submit your email address through the Request Clearance form on the home page, we store that address solely so we can send you new case files when they dispatch. We do not collect names, IP addresses for marketing purposes, demographic data, or device identifiers beyond what your browser sends automatically with any request.

The site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Essential cookies, if used by our hosting provider for security and load balancing, are not used to track you across other sites.

What we do with it

  • Send you new episodes of Exit Interview when they are released.
  • Send occasional adjacent updates from Transition Solutions (production notes, special releases). These are infrequent.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your email address with third parties. There is no advertising network on this site.

Third parties we rely on

We host this site on Vercel, which processes basic request logs (IP address, user agent, requested path) for security and performance. We may use a third-party email delivery service (such as Buttondown or ConvertKit) to send the newsletter — at the time you subscribe, that provider will appear in the unsubscribe footer of every email. We use Google Fonts to load typefaces; Google may receive your IP address as part of those font requests.

Your rights

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by replying to any dispatch with the word unsubscribe, or by using the unsubscribe link in the email footer. You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, or request deletion of that data, by writing to contact@exitinterviewseries.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, port, or erase your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information.

Children

This site and its content are intended for adult readers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
